  On the afternoon of November 21st, Chen Jiaxin, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Changshu Power Generation Co., Ltd.   At the symposium, Vice General Manager Chen Jiaxin expressed gratitude to Xinhe Group for their full assistance in ensuring the supply of electricity and coal in Changshu. Vice General Manager Chen Jiaxin gave a key introduction to the overall operation of Changshu Power in 2021 and the specific implementation of electricity price control policies in Jiangsu Province. He mentioned that with the approaching of the Winter Olympics and the arrival of cold weather, the production pressure of the enterprise is relatively high. Before the Spring Festival, the load rate of each unit of the enterprise will reach 80%. However, with the continuous implementation of measures to increase coal production and ensure supply, the contradiction between coal supply and demand has been alleviated, Moreover, coal production and market supply continue to increase, and the foundation for ensuring supply and stable prices of coal will be more stable in the future.

After the National Development and Reform Commission proposed the requirement for ensuring supply, the enterprise actively responded to the call, starting from the demand for ensuring supply, and in order to ensure the effective performance of long-term cooperation contracts, formulated an implementation plan for the fourth quarter of 2021 electricity and coal supply pricing for medium and long-term cooperative customers. The formulation of the plan provides a strong guarantee for future cooperation between both parties, effectively ensuring the supply of coal sources to cooperating customers, contributing to the work of ensuring the supply of electricity and coal, and fully ensuring the energy supply this winter and next spring.

At the meeting, Chairman Chen Bo gave a detailed introduction to the group's 2021 coal procurement goals and current completion status. Both parties also conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation matters such as imported coal and domestic coal pricing bidding.
